Lyndsey is a program associate at Indiana Humanities who develops, supports and implements the organization’s various public programs. An Indianapolis native, she holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Ball State University and master’s degrees in public history and library science from IUPUI.
Lyndsey has worked at numerous cultural institutions around the Circle City preserving, researching and disseminating stories about the Hoosier state, including the Indiana State Museum, Indiana Historical Society (IHS), Indianapolis Public Library (IndyPL) and IUPUI University Library. Notable projects include her involvement with the Madam C. J. Walker Collection at IHS, the Digital Encyclopedia of Indianapolis at IndyPL and the COVID-19 in Central Indiana web archive at University Library.
In her spare time, Lyndsey enjoys listening to podcasts and learning about historic clothing.
