Failure is a touchy subject,  no matter what field of work you’re in; very few people enjoy failing or admitting failure. Sports teams and corporations alike are often plagued with finger pointing and deflecting blame. But, what if we could instead learn from our failures? What if there was a way to go back over our work objectively, without looking for someone to blame? What if instead we looked at what we, as a team, could fix?
