As part of its “Ideals of a More Perfect Union” series, the Community Foundation of Randolph County will host a conversation with Dr. Michael Hicks, the George and Frances Ball distinguished professor of economics and the director of the Center for Business and Economic Research at Ball State University. Hicks will speak on “The Economics of a More Perfect Union.” The goal of this and other programs in the “Ideals of a More Perfect Union” series is to foster civil discourse, deepen understanding of the American experience and help the public understand how informed, active civic engagement strengthens our country’s democracy.
