The 2022 Indianapolis Black Documentary Film Festival kicks off with a screening of The Glories of Our Journey: A Community Story. The locally produced documentary tells the history of the former John Hope School 26, located in Indianapolis’s Martindale-Brightwood neighborhood. Before the screening, Tina Cosby of Radio One Indianapolis will facilitate a conversation with filmmaker Jerald Harkness.
