Event Details
Step back in time and explore the rich history of downtown Columbia City on a guided walking tour. Journey through the late 1800s to the present day as you hear fascinating stories about the visionaries, entrepreneurs, and risk-takers who shaped this thriving community. These were bold individuals who saw opportunity and built the foundations of Whitley County.
Columbia City Connect will conduct the tour twice—the first tour begins at 10:00 a.m. and the second at 11:30 a.m. Both start at the gazebo on the courthouse lawn in downtown Columbia City.
In addition to the tour, be sure to check out a special exhibit about downtown Columbia City at the Whitley County Historical Museum, 108 W. Jefferson St., from 10 a.m. to noon.
