Join Timothy Pinnick, acclaimed author, speaker and genealogist, to learn research strategies and find out about specific documents to trace Black ancestors.

This daylong workshop takes place both in person and virtually. Both options require registration (to register, click the RSVP button above). The first 25 people to register for the in-person option will receive a copy of A Genealogist’s Guide to Discovering Your African-American Ancestors: How to Find and Record Your Unique Heritage. Those who register for the virtual option will receive a Zoom link prior to the workshop.
