Indiana Humanities Grants Workshop and Community Conversation: Terre Haute
Join us to learn about our 2025 grant opportunities and to help us understand your goals and challenges for the year ahead.
Event Details
Indiana Humanities provides grants to help tax-exempt organizations create engaging public humanities programs in communities across the Hoosier State.
In this session, we’ll introduce you to our organization, highlight the grants and programming stipends we offer, describe the types of activities we fund, and offer tips on how to submit a successful application.
Following the hour-long presentation, we invite you to stay for a facilitated community conversation. We’ll ask you and your fellow participants to share with us some of the trends you’re seeing as you carry out your work, what your upcoming programming plans are, what challenges you face, and what Indiana Humanities can do to support you and other cultural groups in your community.
Space is limited and registration is required. (Click on the RSVP button above.) We’ll provide refreshments.
Please note that Indiana Humanities awards grants for public programs in the humanities fields (history, archaeology, literature, languages, world cultures, philosophy, ethics, etc.). To preview the types of activities we support (and determine whether this workshop will be helpful to you), we encourage you to visit our website’s “About Us” page as well as our grants page.
