Conservation Water Cruise: Lake Maxinkuckee

Bring your boat to the courtesy pier located on the east side of the Culver Park, tune in your radio, and join the Lake Maxinkuckee Environmental Fund (LMEF) for this one of a kind tour around Lake Maxinkuckee. LMEF will demonstrate what it does to collect water samples for the Indiana Clean Lakes Program, talk about various shorelines and their impact on the lake, identify aquatic plants, discuss the aquatic food web and much more. Bring a glass jar, a sponge and a garden rake to participate in the fun.
