The City of Richmond’s Historic Preservation Commission is hosting a series of workshops to educate the community about the importance of historic preservation and to provide guidance and instruction around common concerns, such as repairs to plaster, windows, and bricks and mortar.
In the workshop “Window Repair for Historic Homes,” Scott Bartel, owner and operator of Architectural Restoration Technique, will demonstrate window repair techniques from his decade of experience in preservation of historic homes.
