Event Details

Oh no! They’re glopped with paint, they’re splintered with cracked glass, they’re drafty, and they’ve been jammed shut as long as you can remember. If that describes any part of the windows in your historic house, then you won’t want to miss this program.

Here’s your chance to discover the secrets of how to make your old windows functional and energy-efficient while saving you plenty of money not replacing them. During this two-day workshop, experts will be on hand to show you all you need to know to save your windows. As an added bonus, there’s a guided trolley tour to see the amazing array of historic window styles in Madison’s National Historic Landmark District.

The workshop takes place over the course of two days: Friday, June 17 (1:30 to 4:30 p.m.) and Saturday, June 18 (9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Limited spots are available. To register, RSVP at the link above. The $50 registration fee includes all materials, lunch on Saturday and the trolley tour.
