Rebecca Murder Mystery at the Historical Society
Hosted by New Castle–Henry County Public LibraryMr. and Mrs. Maxim de Winter cordially invite you to attend a ball at their estate, Manderley, in celebration of the Henry County Reads program.
Event Details
The New Castle–Henry County Public Library is sponsoring Henry County Reads, a community-wide read of the classic gothic novel Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier. The library will distribute 500 free copies of the book (pick up yours at the main circulation desk) and will offer several related programs.
At this event, the New Castle Historical Society hosts a murder mystery at the inaugual Manderley Estate ball. Guests are asked to wear formal 1920s/1930s–themed attire; they will receive character assignments prior to the ball. Registration is required and opens on October 1.
