The City of Richmond’s Historic Preservation Commission is hosting a series of workshops to educate the community about the importance of historic preservation and to provide guidance and instruction around common concerns, such as repairs to plaster, windows, and bricks and mortar.

In the workshop “Plaster Repair and Historic Paint Colors,” Scott Bartel, owner and operator of Architectural Restoration Technique, will join other experts to demonstrate techniques for repairing plaster and to offer visual aids for selecting historically accurate paint colors.
