MLK Remembrance Week: History Center Gallery Event

To commemorate the passing of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the City of Bloomington’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Celebration Commission will host a series of events in early April. At the History Center Gallery Event, students from Fairview Elementary will display art that they created for Remembrance Week. Additional artwork celebrating African American heritage will also be on display. Artists, historians, storytellers and the general public will join together to celebrate. Lght appetizers will be served.
