The New Castle–Henry County Public Library is sponsoring Henry County Reads, a community-wide read of 1776 by David McCollough. The library will distribute free copies of the book (pick up yours at the main circulation desk) and will offer several related programs.
At this event, the library concludes this year’s Henry County Reads program with a patriotic LIBER-TEA Party celebrating. Guests will enjoy an evening of tea, light refreshments, and engaging conversation with members of the Hugh Dinwiddie Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
Come raise a teacup in honor of history, literature, and community!
