Join the Archaeological Research Institute and its team of archaeologists as they kick off ARI’s 2023 Field Season. This community event takes place at the Guard Archaeological Preserve and includes the launch of ARI’s new Augmented Reality Trail experience, light bites and experimental archaeology. Learn about ARI’s research plans; its newly launched Veteran Archaeology Learning, Opportunities and Research (VALOR) program; and how you can get involved with local archaeology and research. This event marks the seasonal opening of ARI’s local and regional tours, Augmented Reality Experience and hands-on field experiences.
