Freedom Over Me: Stephen’s Story Storytime Program

Event Details

Elementary aged children are invited to North Manchester Public Library’s final Freedom Over Me session. After reading and discussing the poem Stephen’s Story, children will will make self portraits and talk about the laws that banned slaves from learning how to read. This program will be held in the library’s Blocher Community Room.
