The first Sunday of the month, the Allen County–Fort Wayne Historical Society presents the George R. Mather Sunday Lecture Series. The series offers presentations by experts on history and other humanities subjects, often illuminating the role that Allen County people and events have played in the broader scope of national and international affairs.

This month’s lecture is “Tracing the Paths: Indiana Migration and Discoveries” presented by Allison DePrey Singleton, genealogy services manager at the Allen County Public Library Genealogy Center. Singleton will explore the rich history of migration to and within Indiana, uncovering the diverse stories and journeys that have shaped the state.
