SUMMARY:Janis Joplin Retrospective
DESCRIPTION:The Nelson Algren Museum of Miller Beach celebrates the life and legacy of Janis Joplin during a night of education and entertainment. Biographer Holly George-Warren shares a little-known side of Joplin’s life\, and Algren Museum cofounder Sue Rutsen discusses parallels between Joplin and author Nelson Algren\, who’s celebrated at the museum.
