DESCRIPTION:Ripley County\, Indiana played an important part in the Underground Railroad and is part of the Southeast Indiana Trails to Freedom. \nJoin Ripley County Reads as it takes a bus tour of all five freedom trails featured in Ripley County. This free\, two-hour guided tour will start at the Ripley County Tourism Office in Versailles\, Indiana and feature places and activities of the Underground Railroad. Snacks will be provided. \nRegistration is required and participants must be at least 13 years old.  \nNote: This event is part of Indiana Humanities’ Advancing Racial Equity Community Read program.
