SUMMARY:The Life List of Adrian Mandrick:  Author Event with Chris White
DESCRIPTION:Award-winning author Chris White will read from her critically-acclaimed debut novel\, The Life List of Adrian Mandrick\, at a public event at Kendallville’s Community Learning Center (CLC). The New York Times calls White’s writing “funny . . . heartbreaking . . . [with a] shocking climax . . . [and a] life-affirming conclusion.” Library Journal’s starred review calls it “intense\, poignant.” \nWhite will sign books at 10:30 a.m. then follow at 11:00 a.m. with her reading and an audience Q&A session. Participants are invited to stay after the event for a complimentary luncheon beginning at noon. \nThe CLC is presenting this program in collaboration with the Kendallville and Noble County Public Libraries. Members of the community can stop by the CLC or either library location and pick up a free copy of the book to read.
