Join the Middlebury Community Public Library for a discussion of "I Invented the Modern Age" by Richard Snow
Event Details

The Middlebury Community Public Library is exploring STEM-related topics as part of its annual “Let’s Talk about It” reading series. This evenings’s program looks at I Invented the Modern Age by Richard Snow, a fresh, meticulous, and entertaining account of Henry Ford and his invention of the Model-T—the machine that defined the dawning age in America. Patrick Furlong, professor emeritus of history at Indiana University South Bend, will present on the topics explored in the book, and small groups will discuss questions he raises.

Register with the library to receive a copy of the book.
