The Middlebury Community Public Library is exploring STEM-related topics as part of its annual “Let’s Talk about It” reading series. This evenings’s program looks at The Shallows: What the Internet Is Doing to Our Brains by Nicholas Carr, a compelling exploration of the Internet’s intellectual and cultural consequences. Kyle Schlabach, adjunct professor of English at Goshen College, will present on the topics explored in the book, and small groups will discuss questions he raises.
Register with the library to receive a copy of the book.
