Adrian Matejka is an award-winning author whose work The Big Smoke was a finalist for the 2014 Pulitzer Prize in poetry. He currently serves as Indiana’s poet laureate, and his latest collection of poetry, Map to the Stars, centers on his experiences growing up in Indianapolis. He will discuss his work as part of Indiana Humanities’ Novel Conversations Speakers Program, sponsored by The Glick Fund, a fund of the Central Indiana Community Foundation.
