Throughout 2017 and 2018, the Association for the Wolf Lake Initiative will host a number of monthly discussion programs that explore the Calumet Region’s story. Local scholars will examine the area’s history, its environment and organizations that are having an impact on the community. This month’s featured speaker is Rod Sellers, executive director of the Southeast Chicago Historical Society, who will discuss the society and its mission.
